Jonathan Schoenheider

As an Owner of Regency Builders, Jon will be heavily involved with the build of your new home. On the front end of your project, he will provide a cost analysis for the desired home, along with any additional factors that may come into play with your selected site. With profound insight about the budgeting process and building costs, Jon is the liaison between the Architect’s ideas and the financial picture. He facilitates the design team and offers architectural design guidance, while maintaining balance among your wants, needs, and budget.

Kevin McLaughlin

From the first shovel in the ground, Kevin works shoulder-to-shoulder with his clients, through every step, to completion. He serves as a liaison to clients, City Inspectors, Engineers, and Architects to ensure the many facets of the project come together successfully. He has developed many long-term relationships with clients, which is a true testament to his commitment.

Ashley Tomten

Ashley joined Regency Builders in 2019 as an Office Coordinator. She will assist with all aspects of the office, including the processing of accounts payable and receivable, data entry, invoicing and construction draws. Ashley will also provide support to the construction team by assisting with change orders.

Prior to joining Regency, Ashley received her bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education from Carroll University. After graduation she worked as a 4K teacher for the School District of Waukesha. Most recently she was a preschool teacher and Assistant Director for the Waukesha YMCA Children’s Academy.
