We have spent many years studying the various products and practices, and feel that we have filtered out the legitimate advantages from the non-legitimate products.

Return on Investment – We will recommend paying more for a product or method if we can substantiate it with a logical return on investment. Does it provide a return on investment of seven years or less? Does it reduce maintenance costs and time now and in the future?
Impact on the Environment – How are we impacting the environment in the short-term and in the long-term?
Health & Safety – Health and safety of our customers is a top priority. Does a product or method enhance the health and safety of our customer and their family?
Our homes have been testing out to be 20% to 30% more energy efficient than homes built to standard building code. Today’s building technologies offer significant savings.
