As an owner of Regency Builders, Jon will be heavily involved with the build of your new home. On the front end of your project, he will provide a cost analysis for the desired home, along with any additional factors that may come into play with your selected site. With profound insight about the budgeting process and building costs, Jon is the liaison between the Architect’s ideas and the financial picture. He facilitates the design team and offers architectural design guidance, while maintaining balance among your wants, needs, and budget.
As the Lead Consultant for the Project Managers for home construction, Mike handles all of the construction draws and serves as the primary point of contact for construction communication with subcontractors and vendors. His expertise and keen eye for detail gives him the ability to walk into a room and dissect the structural integrity of the building. With a deep knowledge of structural, geotechnical, and survey engineering, Mike is able to assist our Architects in ensuring each home is matched to its ideal site.
As the daughter of Hank and Carol Bertram, the founders of Regency Builders, Wendy has been with the company her whole life. As part-owner of Regency, Wendy is responsible for reviewing the monthly financial information and creating financial statements for all the Regency corporations and partnerships, job analysis, and working with the external tax accountant to complete Regency’s tax returns.
Pat joined the Regency Builders team in 2006, and his main focus is on working with our clients in the pre-construction planning stages. This includes project feasibility, analysis, and cost estimating – helping balance financial budgets with our clients’ dreams and desires. Pat prides himself on developing long-term relationships with our clients and helping to create the game plan for a successful construction project and a truly enjoyable building experience.
From the first shovel in the ground, Kevin works shoulder-to-shoulder with his clients, through every step, to completion. He serves as a liaison to clients, City Inspectors, Engineers, and Architects to ensure the many facets of the project come together successfully. He has developed many long-term relationships with clients, which is a true testament to his commitment.
Nick joined Regency in 2017. Like any family business, Nick wears many hats – Project Manager for new home construction, Sales in various Tour of Dreams homes, and one of the Lead Representatives for Renovations by Regency. Nick’s enthusiasm and go-getter attitude brings new youth to Regency, in hopes of continuing the brand of high-quality and extraordinary homes, for years to come!
Pam has been a Property Management Administrator with Regency Builders since 1995. Her daily responsibilities include the accounting for Regency rental properties and assisting the Property Managers with any administrative duties such as rent collection, move-ins and move-outs, and lease administration. She is responsible for multiple residential properties, several office buildings, and our retail properties.
Debbie has been the Office Manager at Regency Builders since 1981. With over 30 years of experience working in the administrative areas of the construction industry, Debbie demonstrates a strong understanding of construction draws, account payables and receivables, along with the task of running the office for Regency Builders.
