“We have lived in our Regency home nearly 4 years.  We loved building it with Regency so we thought the Total Home Care program might be something we should look in to.  Of course, we noticed a few areas that needed touching up after 4 years of living here, but we thought the expert eyes of the builder might identify things that we did not see.  We contacted the office and Chad Monty, a project manager made a visit to our home.  He inspected inside and outside and sent us a detailed report on his findings and the cost associated with each area. Chad saw things we had not noticed!  We reviewed the list  and were able to choose what we wanted fixed.  In a newer home like ours the list was fairly short.  We decided to fix everything on the list.  The best part of this program is that  Regency scheduled all the workers/subs for us!   The work was done in a very short period of time and did not inconvenience us at all.  This program is so easy.  We are so pleased that Regency Builders came up with such a great idea. Thank you everyone at Regency,” – Barri and Dave Drury Brookfield
