Bob and Susie Buerger

Regency just completed the most wonderful addition for us. We added my dream motorsports garage and Susie’s dream guest bedroom suite! When thinking about this project, there was no question on who to use, Regency Builders. They built our home 5 years ago and we’ve been absolutely thrilled with it. The first thing that comes to mind when we think of Regency is “quality”.

Our neighborhood has some fairly strict building restrictions, so creativity in making this dream come true was critical. Regency really listened to what was most important to us. They then came back with a design that absolutely hit the mark… quite frankly, exceeded our expectations.

Attentiveness, responsiveness, follow-through and follow-up with the utmost professionalism is what Regency is all about. Our project was delivered ahead of schedule and on budget. If you’re considering a major remodel or addition to your home, we invite you to stop by and check out what they created for us.

Hi Jon: Thank you for saying such nice things about our house! We think the house is pretty unique and it’s nice to hear others tell us that as well. We’ve had lots of out-of-town company this week for the holiday and everyone has been comfy and happy here. We are really enjoying it!

Glen and I hope that your family is doing well. We know this has been a year full of challenges, especially with your wife’s health, and we hope that you have a wonderful holiday season.

Here is the matrix. Glen and I filled it out together this evening. We tried to think back to our impressions when we were going through the selection process instead of what we think now. Not that it likely matters, as we are so very pleased with how Regency handled our building process and find ourselves regularly complimenting your team every time we show off the house to visitors.

Warm regards,
Maria & Glen Luther

“Jon, I wanted to let you know how happy we are with our indoor pool that was built by Regency builders in our home in Mequon. As you know we have 5 kids and they and lots of their friends use it almost daily. Regency did a superior job and we get many compliments on it. I have attached the picture for you to see. Thanks again for installing yet another fantastic space for our family and friends to use year round and especially on those cold Wisconsin winter days.”

“Jon, I filled out the survey based on what was important to us. If you need ANYTHING more we’ll be glad to help- see our house, meet us, I can call the client, or write a letter, video testimony etc. You name it we’re on it. There is no one other than Regency that should build a house in that classification if the client wants it done right- period.”

“When we took our conceptual design ideas to Regency Builders, the customized drawings we received from the engineer were exactly what we envisioned. A dream come true!

With Regency’s experience in building custom homes, they made recommendations that improved the design, traffic flow, and reduced construction costs for our home. While we were finalizing the design of our dream home, value was still an important component to us. We gave Regency a firm budget for the total construction costs and their bid addressed our needs very well. Their subcontractors were superior in the building industry and each diligently and enthusiastically completed their work masterfully.

We felt throughout our building process that Regency was creating a five-star, top quality home with the best team you could ask for and we were treated as such. Our project manager had a prompt ‘attention to detail’ work ethic and we absolutely fell in love with the fresh ideas of our interior designer!

Regency’s past performance had us sold from the beginning. In our due diligence phase, we spoke to a personal friend about his experience with Regency and his comment hit it right on the head; he said, “The real question is, ‘Would I build with Regency again? The answer is absolutely!

We are extremely proud to say we live in a custom built Regency lake home. On time and on budget, we’d be hard pressed to even look at another builder!”

We have concluded our experience was positive for two key reasons – the most important was the team Regency assembled. Jon, Greg Maniaci and Kevin McLaughlin (our project manager) together with the key subcontractors were terrific to work with. Each was as concerned about our home as they would be about their own. The second reason was the communication among all involved including us. We all maintained a highly professional approach and developed relationships during the construction, which we are happy to note continues today.

“Regency was not only excellent in building my house, it is also excellent in understanding our religious rituals and needs. They were very creative in modifying their normal building processes to accommodate various Hindu religious rituals and offered their full support where ever it is needed. They have gone out of their way to satisfy us through out the building process. They take pride in building quality homes “our way”. They will also work with you to design your home that will satisfy all “Vaastu” requirements.

This is just a note to let you know that after having lived in our Regency build home for several years we are still very pleased with the quality and finishes. Our journey with Regency began during a meeting to identify our needs and dreams for our new home. Jon and the staff were very good about helping us focus and refine our ideas. Moving from concept to blueprint helped us to further delineate our needs and desires. Chad, our project manager kept in touch and communicated with us during each step of the way. As the structure began to take shape, we had the good fortune to meet many of the craftsmen who worked on our home and to gain an understanding of their commitment to the quality of the finished product. Upon completion of our home, Regency continued to be available to answer questions or to remedy small problems which might arise. We have been extremely satisfied with the Regency organization, the staff, the process and the finished product and have no hesitation in recommending Regency to others who are considering building.

Regency is currently building my house. The process has been very pleasant. They have a top notch team. They have communicated clearly throughout the entire construction period the progress of the plan. I’m impressed by the choice of the best sub-contractors while keeping costs down. Even Though changes were made during the project at our request, the Regency team has shown great flexibility to accomplish the given task.

My husband and I moved into our new home built by Regency Builders in June of 2009 and we would highly recommend their company to anyone interested in building a home at this time. We have now been in our home almost six months and continue to be satisfied with the quality of construction as we settle in. When we do have a question or a problem we still receive the quick response we received when we were building. As always when looking back, there may be a few things we would have done differently. But it is without a doubt we would trust Regency Builders to build our home again.

Pete and Kathy Lillegren

Your team was excellent, and every subcontractor bent over backwards to please us – as did everyone at Regency. The quality of the home you built for us is outstanding; you go out of your way to get every detail just right. We have had many compliments from neighbors and friends about our home.
Again, thanks for a job well done. We would highly recommend building with you to any of our friends.

Given Regency’s past performance in the building of my residential home as well as the commercial work done for ABC in the Manufacturing area, I know you will be competitive and do the type of quality work we are looking for.

As the owner’s rep overseeing the major development of a substantial residence in Elm Grove, I have gotten to know the people at Regency quite well. From the demolition of the old, through the design and construction of the new, a project of this magnitude takes on a life of its own, and has required tremendous communication and follow through with the builder. It has been a pleasure working with the team at Regency. Their commitment to quality and attention to detail has kept this project on track. Change orders have always been met with complete cooperation and there has never been a problem that wasn’t worked out to everyone’s satisfaction. This has been a great experience and I will continue to recommend Regency.

Jon and Wendy Schoenheider

Wendy and I are part of the family business and own Regency Builders and therefore we obviously would not give a testimonial. The only thing I would ask you to consider as you review all the testimonials is that all these customers who have built with Regency are now our neighbors and very close friends. They all became friends and have remained friends through the building process with our company. How many builders do you know that can live in the same community that they built so many homes in?

Robert and Jan Felker

During the building process, communication was excellent. Regency was very attentive to our requests. Everyone from the plumbers and masons to the electricians and carpenters, were all master craftsman and went beyond the call of duty for us.

Bill and Michele Carini

The sincerity shown by Regency as a company gave us a comfort level we were not accustomed to. We trusted them. The Regency design team provided us with a home design that exceeded our expectations.

Monty and Carolyn Parker

Our specific design needs, included health issues and Regency responded with functional and beautiful solutions. We felt they shared in our excitement. Our home is a dream come true and truly surpassed our expectations.

Tim and Kay Sullivan

We had ideas and Regency made them happen. We liked the way they are so organized with time frames laid out for selections. We didn’t feel rushed. The Regency staff and subcontractors gave us a lot of personal attention.

Jack and Marge Griffin

When we wanted to look into a new product or a new idea Regency took the time to evaluate it and give us their opinions. Other contractors were totally inflexible. I bet there are not a lot of builders who can’t say that they have built their homes for three different family members over a period of five years.

Luis and Iris Garcia

Regency was very detail oriented from the beginning. They were exceptionally organized and I felt they were always in control of coordinating and scheduling the subcontractors for our home that kept it moving along smoothly. Regency was always willing to advise us on our ideas and implement our decisions. Most notably, Regency has the team of experts to provide an incredible quality product that relates to us personally as value for our investment. All Regency members assigned to our project, from upper management to the staff in charge, are experts in the business of building your dream home. Regency knows how to guide the buyer through a very stressful process to a satisfying experience.

Peggy Coakley and John Heuler

I would like to personally thank you and your team for building us a fabulous house. It is beyond our dreams! At Regency, we found your entire staff to be very polite and easy to work with. They always followed through on anything we asked or requested. When you are spending one to two years with various people of an organization, you want to pick a company with integrity and a group of people that you will enjoy working with. That has been our experience building our home with your team.

Good morning –
So yesterday we met John Erdmann at the lot to decide which trees to keep and which to chop. We took the kids along and on the way, Abby kept asking where we were going. We explained that we are building a new house and we needed to go to the lot. She got very excited and asked if Mr. Reid was building our house and we thought that was close enough to the truth and said yes (she still thinks you live every place she has seen you at, incuding Miller Park!). She sat in the car and watched us walk the lot with John. When we got back to drive home, she became very sad and disappointed that there was no house. And then the tears came . . . no matter how we tried to tell her that it will be a year before we have the house (three year olds have no concept of time), she just kept crying, asking for the house to be built. I’m sure she is thinking that it would take only 10 minutes because that is how long it takes Daddy to put together her plastic play house in the back yard! To make the tears stop, we decided to paint and she put her own touches on the exterior of the house – blue windows, yellow front door, green roof, red brick. I wonder what Jeff would think if we deviated from the stone and stucco?!?

I simply wanted to note to you, an experience that happened at Sunday’s open house at the Palace At The Haven.

I had the “pleasure” to meet a number of young people representing Regency during this time. As a parent of two young adults myself, I was overwhelmed by the ability of these individuals to handle themselves. These young men and lady were extremely helpful, polite, and genuine. I had the opportunity to talk to them about their roles at the open house, their interests, their school, and outside interests, namely their sporting endeavors. What I saw were young adults able to handle themselves in a business/social situations with older adults. I was most impressed by the conversations we had, not only the content but the depth of information they had.

Too often we only hear about the negative items in our daily lives. But please pass on a job well done to these individuals. Our future is bright with young adults like the one’s I met on Sunday.
