American Cancer Society

American Cancer Society

Cancer is a disease that affects everyone in our communities. To further the cause of the American Cancer Society, Regency built the 2010 Loretta Thomson Christmas Fantasy House that is sure to get its visitors in the holiday spirit. With decorations, prizes and more than 10,000 square feet of winter wonderland, it’s an awe-inspiring sight that’s dedicated to finding a cure.

Cell Phones For Soldiers

Cell Phones For Soldiers

Regency Builders is teaming with Cell Phones for Soldiers, helping out and spreading the word about Cell Phones for Soldiers: a non-profit organization that donates prepaid calling cards to troops via the proceeds of recycling unused cell phones. To participate, simply bring your old cell phone to Regency Builders–a Cell Phones for Soldiers drop point–and we’ll take care of the rest. Any phone, regardless of age, will be accepted and greatly appreciated.

Our own Pam Callies, whose two sons serve in the United States Army, one who is currently deployed in Afghanistan, inspired Regency Builders’ participation with her ongoing dedication to the program.  So far, with your help,  she has been able to collect 164 phones. With the continued support of the Regency Builders community, we hope to do so much more. Learn more about Cell Phones for Soldiers.

Hometown Heroes Family Edition Show

Our communities are our lifelines, and it’s our honor and responsibility to give back. In an effort mirroring Extreme Makeover: Home Edition, we teamed up with other local businesses to remodel the home of a family in need in Grafton, Wisconsin. The project was overwhelming success with countless smiles from the family and coverage from several news outlets including Dateline NBC. See some of the program coverage below.

Care Packages To Troops

Care Packages To Troops

We’re grateful for all our men and women serving overseas and to show appreciation Regency Builders sent 4,500 care packages to American troops in Iraq. It’s a small gesture with enormous gratitude for what each of those individuals sacrifice for our country.

Children's Hospital of Wisconsin

Children’s Hospital of Wisconsin

Regency prides itself in being a good community partner and as such participates in fundraising events whenever possible. On one such occasion, we had the good fortune to host benefit fundraiser for Children’s Hospital of Wisconsin. As SE Wisconsin residents, we are extremely blessed to have such a renowned, state-of-the-art facility for our children right here in our backyard. The gala event was held at the Takton estate, a residential project we had just completed. The evening was divine, as guests enjoyed the beautiful late summer evening, toured the 15,000 square foot Takton residences and were especiallygenerous—giving more than $300,000 in all for Children’s Hospital. Regency is also proud to have teamed with Marriott Construction by helping to donate a playhouse to the Junior Achievement Organization of SE Wisconsin. Aptly described as a Regency mini-mansion, the authentic design was a replica of Regency’s Victorian Manor. We are proud of our associations with Junior Achievement, and through our playhouse contribution Junior Achievement was able to raise $30,000, which went toward funding technological advances for inner-city youth education.
