Jonathan Schoenheider – President

With a B.A. in marketing from the University of Wisconsin, Milwaukee, Jonathan has a solid education that gave way to varied experiences long before he joined the Regency team. He supported himself through college as a supervisor at UPS. Afterward, he was hired at Marion Pharmaceuticals where he was asked to move for a promotion, which he was willing to do – until his father-in-law asked him to join the Regency Builders team. Jonathan happily accepted the offer, and added a building degree and license to his educational repertoire. He built in Florida, and was the recipient of the crème de la crème of building awards for the area, the Sand Dollar.

While building in Florida, Jonathan started to understand what was important to him while watching a 16-year-old unwrap her birthday Porsche: he knew he wanted his future children to be raised in Wisconsin, where strong values take precedence over material wealth, where friendships last from kindergarten through senior year of college and beyond. Back home, Jonathan has created a number of services and programs that support his ‘Customer For Life’ philosophy. He is often in personal communication with clients and subcontractors. His hands-on approach to the design and building process is closely tied with his steadfast dedication to customer service, value and end result quality. He credits a strong team to making Regency stand above their competition while allowing him to continually add to their menu of services, and still delivering to the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction. Whether it’s with the revolutionary Total Home Care program, the unprecedented 2-year warranty or remodeling services, Jonathan is always creating ways to build on the scope of services that have made Regency the go-to organization that it is today.

Mike Bertram – CEO, Regency Builders, Inc.

Mike joined the Regency Builders team in 1978 as an expediter and serves today as partner and CEO. Along with a degree in Real Estate, he offers years of valuable hands-on experience. He currently manages our condominium and commercial projects as well as overseeing the office staff.

With a deep knowledge of structural-, geo- and survey-engineering, he is a valuable asset in assisting our architects ensure that homes are ideally matched with their sites.

Regency is grateful to have an intelligent team member who not only manages the most complicated home building projects, but is also talented enough to jump in with a hammer around the job site. Why else does everyone enjoy working with Mike? Phenomenal problem-solving skills, impeccable communication with subcontractors and vendors, a customer-oriented focus on value-engineering, and a superior philosophy of care that drives him to treat every home as if it were his own.

Mike’s portfolio includes multiple condominium developments that he guided through city approvals, developing processes in addition to completing all construction. In addition to residential projects, Mike has also been involved in over 50 million dollars in multi-story office building, retail strip centers, dental clinics and apartment buildings.

 
 

Wendy Schoenheider – Controller

Custom homebuilding is literally in Wendy’s blood. The daughter of Regency Builders’ founders, Wendy has grown up in the industry and started working in the model homes at 14 years old. Her extensive experience lead her to sell many of the condos at Pheasant Run. Currently she oversees all accounting, and helps run property management. With an innate passion for all aspects of custom homebuilding, Wendy is an invaluable asset to the Regency family and business.

 

 

Pat Hietpas – Estimator & Purchasing Specialist

Pat joined Regency Builders in 2006 as a project estimator. His primary objective is to assemble the winning team of subcontractors for each Regency project. His daily activities include preparing preliminary budgets, preparing customer contract proposals and analyzing and qualifying vendor/sub-contractor bids. Pat plays a key role in value engineering plans and negotiating with sub-contractors and suppliers to provide maximum value for Regency’s clients and assure that projects are coming in within each client’s budget.

Pat has a diverse background of experience in the construction industry. He worked for his father’s new home construction company in the Fox Valley throughout his high school and college years. He gained valuable field experience working as an assistant project manager in the commercial construction industry. Pat spent the previous four years before joining Regency as a purchasing agent/estimator for a high volume home builder in Southeastern Wisconsin.

 

 

Reid Brueser – Vice President Of Sales, Regency Builders, Inc.

Reid has been with Regency since 2005. Before being named V.P. of Sales, Reid worked in law enforcement for 22 years in Waukesha County and was an instructor for 15 years at WCTC and the Police Academy. Reid, Diane, his wife of 23 years, and their son are sports enthusiasts who also enjoy helping people in need. Reid strives to make sure his customers are getting the best care possible. He is passionate about his commitment to serve others and build long standing relationships along the way.

 
 

Karen Polzer – Administrative Assistant

Karen joined Regency Builders in 2001 as an Administrative Assistant. She assists with all aspects of the office including greeting of the customers, the processing of accounts payable and data entry. Karen provides support to our construction team by assisting with the preparation of bid presentations and change orders.

Prior to joining Regency Builders, Karen received her degree in Finance from the University of Wisconsin Whitewater and worked in the banking industry for 10 plus years.

 

 
 

Debbie Schuenke – Office Manager

Debbie has been at Regency Builders as the Office Manager since 1981. With almost 30 years experience in the administrative areas of construction she provides knowledge with construction draws, accounts payable & receivables along with the daily task of running the office for Regency Builders. Debbie also is a licensed Real Estate Broker in the State of Wisconsin and works with our Sales Team in providing sales support.

 
 

Pam Callies – Property Management Administrator

Pam has been a Property Management Administrator with Regency Builders since 1995. Her daily responsibilities include the daily accounting for the Regency rental properties and assisting the property managers with any administrative duties such as rent collection, move-ins & move-outs, and lease administration. She is responsible for multiple residential properties as well as several office buildings and retail properties.

Pam also assists the project estimator in coordinating the release of plans to the subcontractors during the bid process and issuing contracts prior to construction.

 
 

Chad Monty – Project Manager

Chad has been with Regency Builders Inc since 2003 and started in the construction field as a Union Carpenter in 1997. He wears many hats working for Regency. Along with his daily tasks at the job sites, building maintenance and customer service requests, Chad does the photography for the finished homes and is part of the web site committee. He has a Certified Construction Professional Certificate with the state.
