Subject: New Home Warranty

Regency Builders is excited to announce that effective immediately, we will be providing our new home customers with a two year warranty on their new home. This warranty will retroactively go back to our past customers and extend their warranty to two years. We are confident that by increasing the industry standard one year warranty to two years, we will be able to significantly differentiate ourselves from our competition, resulting in increased business for our entire team of contractors and suppliers. We also feel that the end product we deliver to our clients is superior to any of our competition. Our competition will be required to do one of two things, build a better home and a better product and match the two year warranty or give Regency a significant competitive advantage. We are confident that the current quality and high standards of performance of our team will make this a seamless transition. We do not expect you to raise your costs because it is our belief that we should all be performing in a way that drastically exceeds industry standards. This will be a major marketing tool that allows us to capture more business. Note: The two year warranty will be superseded by any product warranties that extend beyond two years. Please be assured that the warranty will not cover abuse or negligence by the client. We want to thank you for your hard work and dedication to excellence. The outlook for the future continues to be optimistic and we look forward to many exciting new opportunities together.
